JOB DESCRIPTION: Required E-Commerce experience in online business industry such as Amazon, Snap deal, Myntra, Ebay etc., • Countable for managing a team of 10-20+ Delivery associates. • Accountable for managing load of 400+. • Will be responsible for managing stock of the facility. • Engage with assigned team member on daily basis to ensure improvement of quality and productivity. • Daily briefing and performance management of Das, delivery e/o, customer complaints, monitoring fuel, incentives etc. • Daily reconciliation of cash and stock. • Liaison with other team leader, customer care and city manager to ensure we are getting desired outcome. • Training to assigned delivery associates of App and customer managing skills. • Ensuring attrition is in control • Own the delivery center metrics for the routes he manages. • Monitors the Das and comes up with ideas to improve delivery performance.
